    Wow. I would never use State Farm again in my life. I had auto pay set up for a vehicle I financed through State Farm I have the confirmation email for it and around midnight last night some guys show up to repo my car! I call this morning talked to several people and discovered I have to pay 28k plus the repo fees and lot fees50$ a day in 15 days or it will get auctioned off and I'll be responsible for the difference if it sells for less than owed!!! I never got a call, never got a voicemail, no letters no email nothing so here I am thinking it's all fine and being auto withdrawn every month and boom now I'm without a vehicle!!!!!!!!!!! I have never heard of this in my life we've had our insurance through here for so long I can't even remember when for multiple vehicles over the years and house insurance and this is what happens. Never again !!!

    been with rich at state farm for a few years now and never had a problem, even refinanced my house with them and lowered my interest by 2%. Very easy to call and talk to rich with any questions and no automated voice recorders or foreigners that don't speak english. Don't have any plans on leaving state farm
